  • Mon - Fri : Check-In 12p - 6:30p, Check-Out 7a- 12p

    Sat: Check-In 12p-3:30p, Check-Out 8a-12p

    Sun: Check-Out Only 4:30p-6:30p

    Mon-Sat- Earlier Check-In or Later Check-Out is permitted, however a minimal fee is charged per pet.

  • At a minimum- just your pet. We have house food and provide bedding for each of our guests when needed. We also have a host of add-on services.

    Recommended- pre-labeled food and something that smells like home (blanket, bed, tshirt, etc.) Items should not be of sentimental value as we can not responsible for damaged or lost items.

    You do not need to bring food bowls with the exception of slow feeders if your dog uses one regularly. We do have slow feeders on hand in the event you forget to bring one.

  • Yes, Daycare is a service you are able to add on to boarding for a reduced cost.

  • For boarding, we require a 2 night deposit (1 night if only staying 1 night) to secure a reservation. The deposit is deducted from your balance at pick-up. You are able to cancel your reservation at least 7 days prior to boarding to receive a refund of the deposit or have it applied to another reservation.
